Heating elements and insulation are applied to the procedure, thermocouples are placed to the requirement, and heat-up, soak and cool-down are controlled and chart recorded. The chart goes into the record book with the part.
Where the assembly cannot travel, the treatment goes to it.
From the floor
A drawing, a material specification and a quantity are enough to start. Tell us the tolerance that matters most and the date you need it, and we will tell you what we can hold and when. If the part is outside our envelope, you will hear it on the first call rather than on the delivery date.
