About

A new name. Decades of combined experience.

HCR Industrial Innovations was formally established in February 2026, following a vision that began in 2025 when a group of experienced industry professionals set out to build something different.

Why the company exists

The purpose was straightforward. Combine proven expertise from several disciplines into one company that can take a customer further than a single trade shop can — from the drawing review through fabrication, machining, heat treatment, inspection and the documentation that proves it.

Experience the team brings

Our founders and technical leaders have spent decades across valve, pump and pressure-containing equipment, structural fabrication, offshore and onshore energy work, and welding and materials engineering. That experience was earned in prior roles, and it is why customers call HCR when a project goes past routine manufacturing: difficult materials, challenging welding applications, repair work and scopes that cross more than one trade.

This describes experience the team brings from prior roles. Work performed under the HCR name is shown separately, in Projects.

Mission

To be a technical extension of our customers' engineering and manufacturing teams: solving difficult manufacturing problems, reducing risk, improving quality and shortening the distance between a drawing and a finished part.

Vision

To be the supplier Houston industry calls when a part is too technical, too documented or too coordinated for a single trade shop to handle.

Manufacturing philosophy

Nothing reaches production on assumption. Procedures are qualified before the arc is struck, materials are traceable from the mill certificate to the finished record, and deviations are raised and dispositioned rather than absorbed.

The range of the work

Send us your next drawing package.

A drawing, a material specification and a quantity are enough to start. Tell us the tolerance that matters most and the date you need it, and we will tell you what we can hold and when. If the part is outside our envelope, you will hear it on the first call rather than on the delivery date.
